It’s a new year and it’s time to make some goals. A new year wouldn’t be fun without them, right? I’m setting some pretty achievable goals for myself and family. Here they are. Me 1. Always follow my passion 2. Drink more water 3. Eat healthier 4. Gain 10lbs (no comments, please) 5. Experiment more with beauty products/regimes (in moderation) 6. Christmas & A Birthday

To update on the last post, the shelves look great in our living room. I got a couple of things from Marshalls to put on them. I’ll have to post a full picture of them both once I tidy up a bit. Greg’s mother sent me an Amazon gift card for my birthday and I ended up spending it on diapers. Go parenthood! We use more disposables than cloth since Greg prefers them. Today is my birthday. I’m 2_. I choose to hide my age not because I’m afraid of being old, but because I expect to be taken seriously. This is something I decided to do once becoming a parent. Those who know my age, don’t blab! My mother gave me cash, so I ordered a set of shelves I’ve been eyeing on JCP for a while. There’s two pictured, they’re sold separately. These photos were taken October 2008. Boogie was 5 months. My heart melts as I look at these photos. Besides being a mother, photography is my passion. I thought it was blogging, but who am I kidding? My eyes have been rolling for months. I’ll have to reevaluate and get back to y’all on that one. Simple changes can be made to fix that. We Moved, Now What?

Last Saturday we moved with the help of Greg’s mom, his step dad, step brother, and brother. The boys loaded up the U-Haul while Greg’s mom watched Boogie, and I cleaned up. We were out of there and moved in to our new place in a few hours. When we arrived, the water was off. I had set up the water account the day before (smart I know). Coming Together

So I’ve been MIA again. My passion goes when things are not in order. I like to blog when things are going right and now they are. We found a place and we are moving in this weekend. Boogie’s grandparents (Greg’s side) kept him Thursday – Sunday so that we could pack up. We made great progress. We could move today if we wanted. We’re Moving…Again.

Yep, that’s right you read correctly. We are moving again. I had just started to get comfortable, but this move is for the better. We live in a small rural town. We love the quiet living, but we prefer to be on top of shopping, businesses, good schools, and a hospital. Living right on top of things would cut out all of the extra driving.
