Your landlord sounds very nice, maybe your new one will be just as nice too! I want to move so badly but it's been put off so much because of things happening, especially the birth of my daughter. I'm planning on moving as well so my son and my daughter can have their own rooms. I seriously doubt that they would ever sleep in them, however. My daughter never has.
