I love cooking, but I am constantly searching for ways to get me out of the kitchen faster so that I can move on to the next task. Brands like Tyson understand the need of providing time efficient meal solutions for moms like myself who need to spend less time preparing meals. We had the opportunity to try Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Breast Strips. They are fully cooked, 98% fat and preservative free chicken breast fillets, perfect for families on the go. Since we currently don’t have an outdoor grill, they are an easy way to enjoy grilled chicken without the need to grill. They are a delicious addition to my favorite salads. They are size perfectly for my toddlin’ Jay. I also like to add them in my white chicken chili to speed up the preparation process. I have dubbed this chili “The best chili ever”. Here’s the recipe.
White Chicken Chili
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 teas. crushed garlic
6 teas. cumin
1 teas. paprika
1 teas. dried oregano
2 teas. seasoning salt
2 teas. black pepper
1 32 oz. chicken broth
3 cups Tyson’s Grilled and Ready Chicken Breast Strips cut in 1″ pieces
4 8oz cups cooked great northern beans
4 8oz cups pureed cooked great northern beans
1 14.5 oz. can corn
Directions
In an 8 quart pot, heat oil over medium-low heat. Cook the onions, garlic, spices, and chicken until the onions are tender. Add chicken broth, chicken mixture, corn and beans. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm in a bowl or on top of tortillas with cheese sprinkled on top.

I read and value each and every comment and I visit those who comment... even if I don't comment back. I'm working on it, I swear! Stuff you should know *ehehm*: So... sometimes companies send me items of interest in exchange for a feature on my blog. Some also compensate me for my time and efforts creating content to promote them. Yay! I always disclose if I have a relationship with a company. If I don't disclose a relationship with a company and I link to them, then the link is most likely an affiliate link. I use a plugin that automatically does this for me. Cool huh? Just want to make sure you are aware :). Read my full disclosure policy
