Easterizing the Kitchen

Every year, our kitchen gets a sprucing up for Spring/Easter. The easiest way to achieve this is through window clings (my favorite), cute towels, and table linens. Our storage area where we keep all of our seasonal decor is a disaster (can you say Spring cleaning?) so I couldn’t find our Spring window clings for the fridge or our tablecloth. Walmart usually has cute seasonal decor, so I decided to stop by their seasonal aisle and see what I could find. I grabbed some window clings for under $1 and some really cute placemats for $1 and some change. I am addicted to cloth placemats. We have them for almost every occasion.

I couldn’t resist grabbing some items for cupcakes; cupcake liners, bunny toppers, and a jar of Wilton sparkling sugars. I totally skipped the baskets, treats, and toys because we decided not to do baskets this year. The Boogs has enough already, with a birthday coming up on the 26th. Oh my goodness.

Anywho.

I spent about $15 on everything which isn’t too bad. I’d do anything to make being in the kitchen more fun since it’s one of our hangout spots. So, did you decorate a room (or treats) for Spring/Easter? Details!

I am a member of the Walmart Moms program. Walmart is compensating me for sharing my finds with you. All words and opinions are always my own. Read my full disclosure policy here.

I don’t decorate for Easter but I do decorate outside of the house with planting flowers for Spring. I know, so boring :-)
