A year ago… today, I was spending day 1 of a 5 day yoga & wellness retreat in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It was something that I KNEW I needed to attend. I had no idea how I’d get there. A lot of things came together last minute, but I made it. And over the past year, I’ve grown tremendously because of it.

That looks so peaceful. Jamaica was the best vacation I ever took (probably because the kids weren’t with us). I never felt more connected and comfortable with my husband.
