How to Keep a Clear Head During Chaotic Times

Reckitt-Benckiser paid me to write about Mucinex but my comments reflect my honest opinions.

January and February are months where I TRY to take it easy and recoup from the busy and chaotic yesteryear. I purge and organize what I can in hopes of a fresh start and possibly getting ahead. My work life hasn’t slowed down like I expected and now I am in the midst of taking care of some unforeseen responsibilities.

Greg, however, has always been great at helping me stay on task with things start piling up. He allows me to sleep in by tending to the kids in the morning so that I can start the day with a fresh mind. If I have to get some work done, he takes over as needed. He has a way of breaking down tasks into even smaller tasks so they seem less overwhelming when I start to panic. He is a pro at spreadsheets, so we use them for everything from grocery lists to blog work. If it weren’t for dear ol’ hubby, our lives would be utter chaos. I’m so lucky to have such a smart and supportive man ;-).

Balancing a hectic schedule is hard enough. Trying to keep it together when you’re under the weather requires additional help.
