I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Remington. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and as a thank you for participating.
It’s been a month since my last Remington i-LIGHT Pro update. Time sure does fly. Feel free to check out my first post for an in-depth details on the product. In summary, it uses pulses of light to stop hair growth, leaving skin clear and smooth longer. It works best on lighter skin tones, with darker hair. Just a heads up. My skin tone falls in the 4th and last category and the hair on my legs is light brown – blonde.
I’ll admit I’ve been pooting around with the i-LIGHT Pro because I’ve been sensitive to the pulsing sensation… even on the lowest setting. I cannot describe the sensation any way other than a warm pinch or sting. My lower legs can handle the pulses better than my thighs. I’ve read that the sensation is less poignant after regular use. That said, I’m one treatment behind, but I’m determined to stick with it. I’m trying to see the bigger picture here. It’d be nice to not have to shave so often since it’s such a chore. I did do a quick shave this week because my legs were looking a little fuzzy.
I honestly can’t speak on any noticeable changes since I need to do one more treatment. I know, I know. I don’t mean to keep y’all hanging, but my thighs have been wimps and things have been so hectic. So in all fairness, I’ll post the results of my 3rd treatment soon. Maybe I’ll be bold and use the 2nd setting for quicker results. Stay tuned :-).
If you’re interested in checking out the i-LIGHT Pro for yourself, you can save 20% by visiting the Remington i-LIGHT Pro product page and entering discount code MOMCENTRAL at checkout. This offer is valid through August 31st.
