This Winter has been full of uninvited snow. We’ve had a few major snow storms – even a blizzard here in the Snowbelt. No surprise, right? People around the states, even those less affected dubbed the blizzard Snowmaggedon 2011. You know when folks from the south get snow, they panic and the whole city shuts down, lol. Diverse Books For Preschoolers

When I was a little girl, there were very few books illustrated with children that looked like me or children from other cultural backgrounds. Fast forward to now, and there’s a wide range of diverse children’s books, however, you still have to do a little research to find them. Thanks today’s technology, these books are available within a few strokes of a keyboard and a search via Google. And the winner is… Brittany Doerfler! Congrats! As a Ralph Lauren Mombassador, I had the opportunity to create a custom polo shirt for Jayden. The design process was super easy and the options were laid out in selection and check boxes. As I customized his polo, I was able to preview the changes (not pictured). Teaching Our Toddler How To Write

Jayden loves him some numbas and lettas so much so that he incorporates counting and identifying letters every chance that he gets. He also asks Greg and I to write them out for him and often refuses to try on his own (excluding the number 1). Treating Mommy and Daddy like his little puppets is his specialty.
