Desiring More

charla zoya I’ve been taking some time to work on projects that I’m passionate about and put me in a Flow state of mind. Projects that I have put on the backburner too long. I’ve been kindly saying “no” and archiving opportunities, so that I can work on certain aspects left untouched. I cannot help people, if I don’t help myself beforehand. So that’s what I’ve been doing, helping myself, working on my online properties, and planning out my life. One by one, they shall be completed and revealed. I shall be queen of the interwebs, housewives, and work-at-home moms. I’ll be a total dish! Bwahahaha!

I still have plans on doing p90x and all of that good stuff, but I’m just not ready. I’d like to focus on the aforementioned first. I think in the end, everything will fuel each other.

I’m feeling a strong urge to garden this year. I found some great container gardens and little green houses that I’m in love with. They are made of recycled materials and they are affordable! One of the things that stomped on my gardening dreams was the price of supplies. I’m still shopping around, but once I narrow my choices down, I’ll be sure to share.

I had to do some emergency clothes shopping for Jayden because after going through all of his clothes, boxing up what’s too small, I realized his wardrobe was pretty bare! I was able to order some cute pieces from Target, The Children’s Place, Gymboree, and Crazy 8; all on sale ’cause that’s how I continue to roll.

I’m headed to the Wilton Headquarters today for a 3-day retreat. I am so excited to get my hands on Wilton’s latest products and learn some new cake decorating techniques, which eventually I’ll share with you guys! One of those projects that I’m working on? A food blog.

Oh… new (recycled) theme. I never made the announcement ;).

So, what are you up to?

I want to hear about the p90x when you start using it. I recently purchased the Zumba dvd set and have been loving it. I can understand you turning down opps to find time for yourself, that's always a good thing. I bet while you hated seeing he had no clothes (no much) it was still fun to find the new ones. I always love a good sell. Hope you have a great week and have fun at your 3 day retreat, sounds like a very nice and needed treat. :)
