Christmas isn’t complete without a toy train under the tree! There’s just something about the locomotives that sets the tone of happiness and joy around the holidays. We received a very special toy train for Juicy this year. One that can be described as both simple and extraordinary. The Green Toys Train was high on our holiday list for many reasons. As a fan of the Green Toys brand, we are always happy to add on to our collection.

Green Toys get back down to the basics encouraging imaginative play. Their simplistic, yet modern toy designs are aesthetically pleasing and are kind to the environment. Like all of its relatives at Green Toys, the Train is made solid from 100% recycled plastic milk jugs that save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The engine pulls a caboose and open wagon that link together to form a long train. They all easily unhook for stand-alone play. The open wagon and caboose with removable roof are spacious, perfect for hauling cargo and friends. Two bear engineers complete the set, encouraging creative play. The Green Toys Train can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Made in the USA, Green Toys are free of BPA, phthalates, and PVC. As a bonus Green Toys are packaged using recycled and recyclable materials and printed with soy inks. If you haven’t purchased a toy from Green Toys, I highly recommend doing so. Mother Earth and your kiddos will be filled with much gratitude.

Juicy wasn’t here to put the Green Toys Train to the test so we were able to stash it under the tree with the rest of his presents. He’ll be thrilled to unwrap it on Christmas day!
