Now that the temps are warm and steady, we are starting to plan more outdoor activities. That also means stopping for fast food, something we only do around this time of the year. When we do, we hit up Wendy’s since we can always count on their food to be fresh and delicious. As the temps pick up and I become more pregnant, I’m definitely looking for meals that are light and fulfilling.
I usually choose one of Wendy’s Fresh-Made salads when I am looking for a light meal on the go. I recently had the Asian Cashew Chicken Salad and it was SO good! It tasted as if I had whipped it up myself. Each bite was equally as fresh and satisfying. The Asian Cashew Chicken Salad is made with flavorful ingredients like fire-roasted edamame, fresh red peppers and cucumbers, spicy roasted cashews, warm, grilled chicken breast and Marzetti Simply Dressed Light Spicy Asian Chili Vinaigrette.
I can always count on freshness from Wendy’s, but I had no idea of the attention given to their salads. In every Wendy’s restaurant, employees freshly chop vegetables every day, starting with full heads of iceberg and romaine lettuces and other veggies like cucumbers and tomatoes. Every salad entrée uses only premium white meat chicken breasts that are grilled to order and placed warm on each salad.
