World Market Santa Fe Inspired Tablescape

World Market. Why has it taken me SO long to shop the design haven? For some reason I was under the impression that we didn’t have a World Market nearby. I’ve tried using the store locator many times only for it to give me inaccurate results, but it’s working perfectly fine now. Only I didn’t realize it until a few months ago when perusing the site.

Once I discovered the stores in our area, I couldn’t wait to explore. I took my first trip to World Market when asked to do creative Santa Fe inspired shop with them. Being in that store made me all kinds of happy. It supported my love of culturally inspired goodies. My eyes got big, creative sparks started to fly as I paired, switched, and wanted to buy.all.the.things!

When shopping World Market for a Sante Fe inspired evening, I fell in love with all of the table linens. Each pattern was so pretty and unique. I had to have a tablecloth, even if it took a chunk from my budget. The place mats were lovely, but since our table is so small, they’d all touch when placed on the table. So I always opt for a pretty tablecloth instead of place mats. I found some pretty nutemeg colored napkins and brown napkin rings to match. They’ll be perfect for Autumn. I grabbed a little basket which Jayden wanted to carry while I shopped. I had been wanting a rainbow mug set and once I saw them, I knew I had to have a set. I opted for the jumbo set for larger servings of beverages, soups and chili.

When selecting the items that I did, I tried to make sure that they’d complement items we already had in our kitchen. So while I shopped specifically for a special Sante Fe evening, I am able to leave many of these items out year ’round. I am happy with my purchases. Oh, I spent $75.47. I only went 47 cents over my budget. I was so excited to see that the tablecloth was on sale!

I admire how you are always decorating & making your home comfy & nice for your family. I never think of the little things I don’t do until I come here & read your stuff. You make it seem fun; maybe cuz your hubby goes along with your thoughts & your son is still so young. I don’t think mine would notice if there was no roof, as long as the tv’s worked. Lol.

LOL! My hubby acts like he doesn’t care, but after I spruce something up, he appreciates it. Ultimately, he likes to see me doing the things that I love. Jayden loves the simple things so I can do anything and he’ll be like, “Wow, that’s amazing!”
