Walmart has rounded up a collection of this year’s top toys and are displaying them in their Top Toys Catalog! Among this list are Zhu Zhu Pets, the Vtech Mobigo, Duplos, doll houses, and more! Walmart gave us the opportunity to check out some of the toys in their Top Toys catalog (and some of our choice) based on Jayden’s preferences. Here are some of our picks!
Fisher-Price Follow Me Thomas ($39.97) – This little guy is amazing! If you’re looking for a toy that actually interacts with your toddler and packs some omph, this is a great one. Check out my Follow Me Thomas review if you missed it! Fisher-Price provided us with the Follow Me Thomas featured in the review.
Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends Bath Squirters ($9.97) – You probably figured out by now that Jayden loves him some Thomas & Friends. He doesn’t have many bath toys and sometimes we have to bribe him to get in the tub. These little guys will definitely encourage bath time. I can’t wait to see him unwrap his new squirters!
Step2 Action Train Table ($34.88) – To go with Jayden’s train obsession, we decided to get him a train table. While the wooden tables are fabulous, we were looking for something a little cheaper. This table retails for $79, so we got a really great price on it at only $34.88! We gave Jayden his Step2 Action Train Table early because we knew it would entertain him for hours, plus we didn’t feel like hiding or wrapping such a big box! I’m shocked at how long he’s been playing with with this thing! Stay tuned for my review! This toy wasn’t on the Top Toys list, but I think it deserves some daps!
Donkey Kong Country Returns ($47.54) – Ok, so we cheated a little. Mommy and Daddy deserve a little something, right?! So this one’s for us! Greg and I are in the 7th world right now. So far, so good. The game brought back many memories and it is so much fun to play. Much like New Super Mario Bros. Wii, the levels go by fast! I wish Nintendo would make these classics longer! We want more!
What toys have your kids been eyeing? What toys are on your holiday shopping list?
I’m certainly not encouraging that you go out and buy your children bunches of toys as gifts. I am only sharing some of the toys I was fortunate to receive for my son as gift recommendations. We regularly purge out what we no longer use and will be donating to Toys For Tots this year.
I am a part of the Walmart Moms program. Walmart has compensated me for sharing their Holiday Top Toys Catalog and our toy picks with you. Participation is voluntary. As always, all opinions are my own.
