I’m constantly adding books that I’d like to check out to my Good Reads account. You know… when I have time to read. Whenever that is. I love informative and self-help books. One book that recently stood is Women Driven to Success: You Can Have YOUR All. When reading the description, I discovered something that I am so guilty of and in the last few weeks, I actually committed that offense. In this book, Dr. Goldner covers The important difference between taking personal time to stay healthy, and having to take time to be sick. About three weeks ago, I wished that I were sick so I’d have an excuse to do nothing without the guilt. Like being sick was a vacay. Well, I got my wish and was down for about a week and a half, yet I kept trying to do things until I just had to lay down somewhere. I need to take more personal days with no regrets instead of waiting to get sick to be still. I’m looking forward to reading this book. I will MAKE time.
