Jayden has become so excited about and aware of the new baby. He kisses and rubs my belly multiple times daily and talks to him. Most of his questions end with something about the baby. “Like babies? Is that for babies? Did the baby say that? The baby’s gonna drink milk… from mommy’s bewbs? The baby’s gonna eat that? The baby’s sleeping?”
And now one of the things that he likes to do is sing to the baby. He has his own little rendition of Rock-a-Bye Baby. It’s so funny that we’ve admittedly let him continue to sing it his way. It wasn’t until recently that we decided to teach him the correct words and by the end of his singing lesson, he was all Rock-a-Byed out.
