Slowly, but surely, I ramble.

When Greg and I have a break from parenthood, we catch up on work and chores around the house. We talk about our future; a lot.

This weekend we made plans to go to a comedy show in December; just the two of us.

We stayed up ’til insane hours of the morn laughing our – > asses < - off. We started new phone plans that are ridiculously affordable. We'll now have matching phones :). We're trying to find a stand alone swing for the backyard, so we can swing together; just like the old folks do. Perhaps watch the sun set and maybe rise; throw a tasty drink in the mix. Now is the perfect time to keep a tab on summer items as they are going on clearance. Know of any stores we should check out? It's time we update our upstairs bathroom with a new shower curtain and accessories. Should we go grown and traditional or retro and fun? Hmm, I'm leaning more towards fun. We'll see. I've been shopping around for dinnerware sets because I realized we have an abundance of cups which is an embarrassment to the amount of plates and bowls we have.

It’s time I get started on this series, huh? Where did the time go?

We wondered if we’d be ready to start planning for baby number two by Jayden’s third or fourth birthday. Time’s flying so fast, four’s a little more realistic.

I have sooo many photos, videos too, of Jay I want to backup and share. So maybe by the time I’m done…we’ll be ready. Yes, there are that many photos that still need to be edited. And to think there were times where I felt like I didn’t take enough. It’s nice to dig up photos of both Jay and I or Greg and Jay together. Have you seen these?

Life’s good. Things are falling into place, slowly, but surely.

every back yard should have a swing. i have our family swing passed down to me from my mother. i painted it fire engine red! (LOL!) it stands out under the trees. I love it - so relaxing; & nearly no one can sit on it w/out almost nodding out! Get one, ASAP! :-)

I love the fact that you are going through all the pictures. I enjoy looking at them :) You are motivating me to get off my butt and go through the ones I have taken in the last year or so. I have graduation, birthday and just random pictures. As well as video of my kids and nephew and TJ tap dancing. I need to get a move on it.
